In connection with ECST XVI (2016), two ESSSAT prizes will be open for competition between scholars working in Europe and preferably born after 1975.
The ESSSAT Research Prize (of 2000 €) will be awarded for an outstanding original contribution at a postgraduate or doctoral level, submitted to the ESSSAT Secretary by October 31st 2015.
The ESSSAT Student Prize (of 1000 €) will be awarded for an essay written in an academic context at graduate or undergraduate level, submitted to the ESSSAT Secretary by January 15th 2016.
In both cases, the topic may be any aspect of the interface between religion/theology and the natural sciences. In both cases also, winners’ expenses for travel to and participation in ECST XV will be covered.
